To inculcate a sense of commitment and responsibility,online investiture ceremony was organised by Police DAV Public School ,Patiala. On this occasion, Bhavika of class 10th was elected as head girl and Simar Sindhi was elected as head boy. Both of them in their speeches affirmed their missions and pledged to keep the flag of the school flying high. Kiranjot Kaur and Anshul of class 9th were appointed as school prefect. Avneet Kaur and Kunal were appointed as discipline incharge, Mansi and Danish as cultural secretary ,Japji and Prabhjot Singh as sports secretary ,Suhani and Kaustav were appointed as media secretary. The responsibility of cleanliness was given to Guru kamalpreet and Manpreet Singh. On this occasion house captains were also elected. Simranjit Kaur and Manikaran Singh were appointed house captain from Jasmine House, Amandeep Kaur and Devender Singh from Pansy House, Satvinder Kaur and Karanvir Singh from Tulip House, Dilraj and Prashant Singh Negi from Zinnia house. All the elected member pledged to carry out the duties assigned to them with sincerity and efficiently. All the teachers and students congratulated all the members of student council. School Principal Mrs Meena Thapar congratulated the senate members an added that student council body represents values of righteousness responsibility integrity and motivated them to acquire skills that will make them worthy citizens.
