Police DAV Public School organised Mehndi competition today. Students from classes 7th to 12th participated in this competition with great fervour. They showed their talent by applying heena on their hands .The art of applying heena were taught to the students during summer workshops in the school premises .School Principal, Mrs.Meena Thapar and Mrs.Meenakshi were the judges of the event .First position was bagged by Chahat from class 7th,Ashmeet from class 8th,Manpreet Kaur from class 9th,Harmanjot Kaur and Kimanpreet Kaur from class10th,Anju,Sarika and Prabhjot Kaur from class 11th and Damanpreet Kaur and Bhavya from class 12th.School Principal, Mrs Meena Thapar congratulated the winners and motivated the students to participate in such co- curricular activities in future also.
